I felt a need to promote functional well being for people in their everyday lives. Life's situations demand being capable of getting up and down from a sitting or lying position; having power to move quickly in a precarious situation; developing balance techniques for catching yourself after a trip or fall; having strength to remain independent throughout your life! This is the foundation of my training.
My training is based on function and longevity. I create different programs for each client at each session, as I believe that adapting to change is a key to great fitness.
