This center is cool to stay. I've visited this place quite often. The view is nice, especially during the night. We get the ocean view. During Grand Prix, it can get pretty loud, but it's a win....

This place has turned into a true DUMP. No upgrades in the units since the the 1960's. Constantly turning off the water for plumbing issues, elevators are always filty, dogs peeing on the elevator...
