History
Andrew Jelmert began his real estate career more than 30 years ago, primarily to establish his own personal financial portfolio and for helping his friends who were seeking advice on how and where to invest their savings. He has been a financial consultant to the University of Southern California School of Medicine, as well as financial institutions and manufacturing operations. Michael Locke began his real estate career in 2002, after successful careers as a high school football coach in suburban Washington, D.C. and in corporate equipment sales for the Ingersoll Rand Company. For more than 30 years, he has been investing in a wide range of real estate holdings with partner Andrew Jelmert.
