Located in Anaheim, Calif., Loara High School is part of the Anaheim Union High School District that serves more than 35,000 students in over five counties. The high school has several subjects as a part of its curriculum, including business, English, art, history, home economics, music, math, science and physical education. The Anaheim Union High School District was founded in 1898 and has 23 schools spread across the district. Additionally, the district offers Adult Education programs, special education programs for severely handicapped students, and community parenting support through classes and the community parenting bus. The Anaheim Union High School District has won several awards, including California Distinguished Schools, Golden Bell Awards and Golden State Exam awards for student achievement.
