I used this company four years ago and they were great ! however I just refinanced again with them with a cash out and it took 2 1/2 weeks to get my money and also paying off my current mortgage...

If I could give no stars I would, the customer service was awful, nothing about the transaction was smooth and they blamed me for everything that went wrong, if you think about using them run

The worst! Don't work and trust them!!!!! They will steal your money, your time. They changed my locked rate after 60 days as they were under staff and couldn't close my case on time and they ask...
