My name is Liza Clark. I have 265 hrs of training in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Hot Stones Therapy, Herbal Spa Facials, and Reflexology. I have 96 hrs of Cranio-Sacral training, and have over 100 hrs of practicum. In addition I worked over 4 years in a chiropractic office in Santa Rosa,Ca.
Specialties
In May 2012, I completed a 9 month course in Hendrickson Method Massage and Manual Therapy. HM is an integration of soft tissue mobilization , joint mobilization, and muscle energy technique (MET's) that increase range of motion and reduces pain in both acute and chronic conditions.
