It's just a sign. There's actually nothing here, no parking spaces either. Be careful parking in the back it's for the residents. You'll get towed.

Considering this tall big building was a land mark to resemble the Phuoc Loc Tho plaza in Garden Grove OC, I would call it a smaller version of that for San Diego, they have an entire of El Cajon...
