At Little Oven Pizza, anything that can be made from scratch will be. Every batch of dough will be from our own original recipe and hand tossed. From sauce to sausage, everything on our pizzas will be hand crafted and sourced right here in California's Central Valley. Little Oven is owned by Thaddeus Raczkowski and Daniel Verechia, two long-term friends from Philadelphia, now both living in Merce
