Our founder, Michelle Berkman, developed the Little Oaks Play School philosophy from her 20+ years experience with many child development philosophies, especially Montessori, Waldorf, and RIE. With this background, Michelle has crafted a unique program that draws on the best best qualities from each of these approaches for Little Oaks Play School.

Little Oaks is a licensed play-based home daycare in Sunnyvale, which provides a creative and child-centered approach to help children reach their full potential. We are currently enrolling children ages 6-months to 5-years.

Michelle is incredible with children, the daycare space is immaculate and so thoughtfully designed and laid out, and the curriculum/activities for the kids goes so far beyond the basic care...
