I have stayed at Little Inn multiple times in the past 10 years. The location does seem busy, as it is surrounded by Newport Boulevard on both sides, and a fire station across the street....

As previously stated ... located between 2 busy roads .. and so is very very loud 24-7 (do not expect to get a good nights sleep) AC also loud ... in short I barely slept I cannot recommend this...
