Link Placement Agency helps families find the right Nanny, Live-in Nanny, Babysitter, Backup Babysitter, Infant Care Nanny, Senior Caregiver, Disabilities and Special Needs Caregiver, House Cleaner, Housekeeper, Household Manager, Personal Assistant, and Tutor! We are here to make life easier on you. All you would need to do is meet with a few potential candidates and decide whether you feel they would be a good fit! We do all of the other work for you. We interview the candidates over the phone and in person or video call, and we call their references. We narrow it down to one or two candidates for you to meet with. After you decide what candidate you would like to hire, we run an in depth background check. If the employment of a candidate that we referred to you lasts less than 10 months, we will be happy to replace the candidate for the same position at no additional charge, up to 2 replacements in a 12 month period. Our candidates are CPR/First Aid Certified in regards to care giving, have 5+ years of experience in their field, are eligible to work in the U.S. and are a minimum of 18 years old.
