no, they don't listen to you about what style haircut you want. They just cut your hair automatically and then they say they don't understand.

I went in for a haircut, got a vietnamese lady who seemed really nice at first. i asked that she cut my hair 3inches shorter, but she looked at me as if i was crazy. she gave me 2inches instead....

Went in for a TRIM half an inch and my hair got chopped amd layered.. this was not what I asked for. I basically went home crying. Dont go here they dont understand anyyything.
