The Lincoln Heights Tutorial Program (LHTP) is a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to serving the underserved youth of East Los Angeles. LHTP aims to create a significant local impact by providing tutoring services and youth programs designed to close the academic gap and prepare teens for life after high school.
Each year, LHTP supports over 500 K-8th grade children through after-school homework assistance and tutoring, while also offering leadership and development training to more than 600 teenagers via various youth advocacy initiatives. Through its commitment to community empowerment, LHTP fosters educational growth and civic engagement among the youth of Lincoln Heights, Boyle Heights, Chinatown, and El Sereno.
