The phone-call receptionist is so rude! I've never seen such an unprofessional person. They should let her go. Because of her, I refuse to see this doctor for sure.

The receptionist is a complete snob, treating patients with disdain for no reason. I didn't know this level of aggravation was possible. A family member and I are changing doctor right away.
