Lilac

Founded in 2003, Lilac School provides educational opportunities for more than 500 students in kindergarten through grade five. It offers a variety of academic courses, such as language arts, math, reading, social studies, science, and visual and performing arts. The school offers Title I reading, English Language Learners, peer assistance, tobacco use prevention, and migrant and special education programs. Its gifted and talented education program supports and guides the educational needs of advanced-level students. The school provides academic counseling and classroom guidance to students. It has a teacher-parent club that sponsors various fundraising activities to support instructional programs. Lilac School is a part of the Valley Center-Pauma Unified School District and is located in Valley Center, Calif.

Valley Center High School is a public institution that offers educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades nine through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 1,500 students and offers subjects, such as English, agriculture, digital media, fine arts, mathematics, performing arts, physical education, science, social science, vocational education, world languages and applied math. The child nutrition services department of the school serves the students balanced food and offers nutritional guidance. The school is affiliated with the Valley Center Pauma Unified School District and is located in Valley Center, Calif.
