The Glenwood Care Center, located in Oxnard, Calif., is a licensed skilled nursing facility that provides health care and rehabilitation services. It has a staff of professional and certified nurses who specialize in wound care management and provide level IV therapy and 24-hour medication monitoring services. Additionally, the center has a team of rehabilitation therapists that provide physical, occupational and speech therapies. The Glenwood Care Center also provides posthospitalization care and assistance to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and chronic diseases, such as stroke and pneumonia. It additionally provides pharmacy services and home-based and social services to its clients, such as restorative nursing program, individualized care plans, and housekeeping and laundry services. It accepts insurance plans of Medicare- and Medicaid-certified organizations and various private insurance companies.
