The San Francisco Bay Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, formerly known as the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Contra Costa County, was established in 1985 to foster positive growth among community merchants and legislators across the Bay Area. With a mission to develop and promote business opportunities, the organization emphasizes education, cultural awareness, and resource access for the Hispanic community and the broader Bay Area population of 7 million residents.

Under the leadership of President Evodio Vo Walle, the chamber has expanded its influence to encompass nine counties and 101 cities, advocating for the community's interests at local, state, and federal levels.
