Lighthouse Community Church

History

Lighthouse Coastal Community Church was formally established on October 3, 1998. The church was a merger of First Baptist Church, which had served in Costa Mesa for over 50 years and Pacific Heights Community Church, a new church plant. The two churches recognized that they could accomplish more together than they could apart. After prayerfully considering the directive of God they set aside their differences and chose to reach out to the community and city with the message of freedom found in Jesus. Since that time they have seen the development of LilLighthouse Pre-School and established a partnership with Faith Community Church, who uses the facility on Sunday afternoons. Our desire is to see this ministry impact our community in such a way that 50 years from now we will talk of the amazing miracles God has worked in the families of Lighthouse Community. We encourage you to come and join with us as we make a difference in our town and community and watch God move in miraculous ways.
