They add charges to your account and blame you for the charges with so many excuses. It takes more than an hour to finally get someone to answer the call, with no call back number. HORRIBLE...

Do not use this service. I don't mean the installation location. I mean lifesafer IID period. Yes, you may have screwed up. However, this is not a sentence to be abused and treated like dirt....

Place sucks, In the middle of summer the AC isn't working. I measured the temperature in the room where the video presentation is....87F and the guy here, Robert doesn't give a shit.
