History

Life Mark Solutions was born out of the need for high quality mental health treatment for adolescents in San Diego. Two psychiatrists, a licensed therapist, and a Registered Nurse came together because they care and saw a need for adolescent mental health support in the community. We created a world class program serving the unique mental health needs of young people in an environment they can relate to, trust, and begin to take on the deep emotional issues they are struggling with.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment Adolescents Ages 14-17 LifeMark Solutions offers dual diagnosis treatment, which addresses both your addiction and mental health disorder simultaneously. Treating one without the other can lead to an unsuccessful recovery and possible relapse. We at Life Mark Solutions know that finding the right mental health treatment for you or a loved one is a choice not to be taken lightly. From depression to anxiety or trauma, there are many mental health conditions that can influence or cause a disorder. Through our mental health treatment, we will address your mental health condition to successfully help you find your path to overall wellness and recovery. Intensive Outpatient consists of at least three but up to five days per week of a combination of group, individual, family or couples therapy (if indicated) as well as psychiatric evaluation and medication management from a psychiatrist whom is a medical doctor. At Life mark are services are bundled and all included in our monthly rate. Furthermore, Intensive outpatient is not just reserved for adults who are suffering from addiction. LifeMark Solutions IOP program is appropriate for teens with the following issues: Depression Anxiety Anger Management Substance Use Disruptive behavior Trauma ADHD Mood disorders
