Horrible. No sign. Had to leave late and got stuck in traffic to pick up an order only to find this. Irresponsible. Uncourteous. LIDS should look into the staff/mgmt.

I think they sell hats...I'm not sure...considering the name says LIDS! Who cares if you get crap service, or they don't have what you like...find your hat, decide to customize or not...pay then...
