History

In 2014 Kirk started his own firm, Lexicon Developments, with the desire to design and build dream homes for each client he meets. Kirk has worked on over 100 homes built in San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, San Mateo, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Atherton. While he is close in proximately to the South Bay, Kirk has also worked on projects in the East Bay including Fremont and Hayward. Since the start of Lexicon Developments, he has grown in understanding common construction methods by working closely with all specialty contractors, from concrete and framing to trim finish and tile installation. With the combination of design ideology from Cal Poly and Architects, understanding of construction methods from sub-contractors, and the desire to understand and know each individual client needs, Kirk is well suited for your custom home project.
