History

I went to one of the best massage schools in the country, The Heartwood Institute. I have worked in chiropractic and physical therapy offices, learning how to help injured clients. I have also worked in high end day spas and destination resorts and have had my hands on, literally, thousands of bodies. There is no better way to learn massage. As a result of this experience, my skills as a massage therapist are the best!

California State licensed and Insured. I am a real person with real skills to reduce chronic tension and pain. I am not a spa. I have invented a technique that relaxes tight muscles without the pain of Deep Tissue pressure. My other specialties include Firm Massage, that allows you to deeply relax while releasing tight muscles. I've had many clients tell me that they had never before been so relaxed that they fell asleep during a session. Craniosacral Therapy is a myofascial release technique that can do many things including, end migraine headaches caused by injury, release constricted tissue that creates recurring pain and unjamming joints. Lymph Drainage Massage is for reducing swelling due to overuse, injury and lymphedema, to name a few things. Lymph Drainage Massage is also an important part of any detox. Energy Work can take you to interesting places in the healing of your body/being.
