Leila Raminfar, MD, MPH

Dr. Morris is a fellowship-trained General Cardiologist. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, General Cardiology, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. He is also a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Morris specializes in the diagnosis and management of various heart conditions including coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, valvular heart disease, and arrhythmias. His goal is to work hand-in-hand with patients to meet a common healthcare goal.

Dr. Hafezi is an obstetrician/gynecologist at Stanford Medicine Partners in Castro Valley. She attended the Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico and completed her residency at UCSF Fresno Medical Center. Dr. Hafezi is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is multilingual in Farsi, Spanish and English. She joined Bay Valley Medical Group in 2010. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her two dogs, spending time with family, cooking, traveling and aerobics classes.

Dr. Ragins practices pediatrics in Bay Valley Medical Group’s Castro Valley office. She attended medical school at Loyola University in Maywood, Illinois and completed her residency at the Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California. She received her Master in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Ragins is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She speaks English and Spanish. Dr. Ragins joined Bay Valley Medical Group in 2003. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, reading fiction novels and staying healthy through daily exercise. Most of her free times is spent playing with her two children.
