History

Due to me cooking so much and always posting food on my personal Instagram, I created my @leggoskitchen account as a hobby and to post only my home cooked meals. I would cook many different foods but I also went through a period where I would post my meal preps to give others ideas on what to eat to maintain a healthy diet. Fast forward to 2021, in the midst of the pandemic, I completed a food business course at Santa Ana College where I received the knowledge and some training to start a small food business. It was online and completely free! After the completion of the course, I had my first pop-up in Fullerton where I served my very popular Cajun Buttah Shrimp Fries. There was a time where I experienced road blocks with pop up markets, therefore, I began to offer taco catering for parties. The tacos were a big hit and we are booking into several months ahead already! We hope to see you soon at one of your private events or at one of our upcoming pop ups!

Our family owned and operated business specializes in a variety of cuisines. We provide taco catering at any event of any size with a wide range of options to choose from. We also pop-up occasionally throughout Orange County serving our highly favored beef birria as well as our unique Cajun Buttah Shrimp Fries and Cajun Buttah Shrimp and Sausage Quesadillas.
