Training takes time and time is the most important resource we invest in Jiu-Jitsu. It is a valuable investment. But if we fail to set appropriate goals, we will only end up wasting our time as we don't have a clear path. Set a goal! It can be whatever you like. Losing Weight? Achieving a Black Belt? Getting into shape? Maintaining a more active lifestyle. Also, we offer a summer camp once a year in where we teach kids not only how to defend themselves but anti-bully tactics.
