Avoid this company...the worst customer service...sent me the wrong cartridge and was not willing to refund and send the correct one...made me choose...REFUND...will never use this crap company...

Products and services have always been fine. In the event of a problem they have always sent a replacement for any defective cartridge. Myself and friends have used them for many years.
