Came here at 8am in the morning on a supposed extended hours day but there was no one. The automated call system says they're not open and they can't update their website to save students time...

They always pay out over a month (5-6weeks) after the expected date, which is unbearable if you need the money for college expenses.

Either they're low staffed or they don't care to tend to the phones! I was on hold for over an hour, the first time I hung up at 25 mins and the second time I hung up at 50 mins, I couldn't...

On hold for over 4 hours yesterday and then it randomly hung up on me. Today I've been on hold for 4 and a half hours with pictures to prove it. What on earth is going on? Why don't they answer...
