HistoryKen Keller, Tom Sloan and Stan Roman formed the firm in 1998. At the time, each of them had gained more than twenty years of trial experience at what was then San Francisco's premier trial firm. They soon invited Chris Holland to join their new firm. As of today, Ken, Tom, Stan and Chris have tried over 200 cases to jury verdict or court judgment, and have handled hundreds of arbitrations and ADR proceedings.SpecialtiesOur experience--collectively more than 250 trials to verdict or judgment-- gives us a decided advantage over the majority of litigators, including some prominent members of big law firms, who have actually taken few cases through trial.
