Because of my passion for employment law, in 1997, I joined Paul Hastings LLP, an international law firm with one of the premier employment law departments in the world. In November 2005, I was elected to be a full equity partner. I received invaluable training and experience at Paul Hastings. In April 2008, I resigned from Paul Hastings and opened my own law practice.
