Law Offices of Naresh Rajan

History

Naresh started this practice in early 2007 after passing the California Bar Exam. He joined the Private Defender Panel in San Mateo County to provide indigent criminal defense as an independent contractor in March of 2007. Since that time, Naresh has handled hundreds of cases, both misdemeanor and felony. He has successfully defended many clients through jury trials, motions and plea negotiations. Before starting his practice, Naresh served as a law clerk at the Santa Clara County Public Defender's Office for most of 2006. In 2005, Naresh worked as a law clerk at the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office. These two experiences led Naresh to become a defense attorney. As a defender, both private and court-appointed, Naresh is proud to have helped his clients through some of their most difficult times.
