History

Before starting his own firm, Charles Millioen practiced exclusively criminal defense for years as a Trial Attorney with the Office of the Public Defender in San Diego. He completed dozens of jury trials; always fighting for the rights of the accused. He grew up in New York, went to college at Georgetown University, received a masters degree at George Mason University, and then moved out west to attend law school at the University of San Francisco.
