Tim has been admitted to practice law: in all criminal courts in California; in the Federal District Courts of the Northern District of California; in the Federal District Courts of the Eastern District of California; in the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

I am a California State Bar certified Criminal Law Specialist. I have been a defense lawyer in the Bay Area for 20 years. Although I can make no promises or guarantees about your case, I am well known and respected by the prosecution in SF because I have tried over 60 cases to verdict. My stats: not guilty in 4 murder trials, 3 attempted murder trials, 4 felony assault trials, and 1 DUI trial. I have hung the jury in 3 murder trials. I defend bar fights and date rape cases. In the last 3 years, I won a Federal Mail Fraud trial, and I hung the jury in a Federal Wire Fraud trial. I have won dismissals in sex cases, gun cases, and DUI cases.
