History

Ms. Buchman started her solo practice after working in-house for a publicly-traded software company and a start-up in the Bay Area. She then practiced as a real estate and business transactional attorney for two boutique law firms. She has closed numerous private equity and debt transactions for a range of businesses. She has also led real estate closings for various investments - ranging from $1 million to $80 million. She currently represents start-ups, established small businesses, and large Fortune 500 companies with all of their day-to-day transactional legal needs.
