From 2001 to 2011 I learned employment law by working for the best lawyers in San Jose. In 2011 I opened my own San Jose firm and have been successfully representing employees in sex harassment, LGBT, transgender, race, age, disability, religion, compensation and other discrimination and harassment cases ever since. I represent employees exclusively, never the employer. I'm a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association.
