Ms. Blade began her legal career in 1987 working as a paralegal. While raising her children she attended The Ventura College of Law. After receiving her Juris Doctorate and passing the Bar Exam Ms. Blade became employed as an attorney for Farmers Insurance Group. There she gained valuable and practical experience as a trial attorney. In December 2004, Ms. Blade left the corporate world to become a sole practitioner. She was inspired by a passion to help those who need support and assistance to see their way through their difficult legal problems, and chose the areas of Family Law and Consumer Bankruptcy. Ms. Blade employs 4 people and contributes Pro Bono work for the Ventura County Bar Association Pro Bono Section.
