I have been working in the real estate business since 2001 as a Mortgage Broker and Realtor. I have a unique combination of analytical skills, people skills, negotiation skills, creative skills, organizational skills, along with being very detailed oriented. Working as both a Realtor and Mortgage Broker has given me great experience and knowledge in all parts many different real estate transactions. I have experience in short sales, foreclosures, FHA loans, complicated loans where the borrower has multiple businesses or properties, and much more. I have good relationships with my clients, other realtors, and many different lenders. I really care about each of my clients and work hard to make sure that they are happy with their transactions.
