Dr. Laura Pak was born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Dallas, Texas. She a founding member of the Young Surgeons Advisory Group for the national Society for Vascular Surgery. Prior to practicing at Sirona Vascular Center, she was an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Vascular Surgery at UCSF. She was honored as a Super Doctor of 2012 by the San Francisco Chronicle, listed in Marin Magazine's [415] Top Doctors in 2011 and 2012, recognized as a Top Doctor in the Bay Area by Consumers' CHECKBOOK in 2011, and named a Top Surgeon by the Consumers' Research Council of America in 2010. Dr. Pak has authored numerous book chapters and papers and has special interests in vascular screening and critical limb ischemia.
