Laura started with over ten years of dance experience , she then switched over to resistance training and she fell in love. She decided to pursue a fitness career and attended Southern California Health Institute where she specialized in Corrective Exercise and Weight Loss. She then worked under a Sports Chiropractor learning preventive, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy modalities. Now her focus is on working with people to reach their health and fitness goals. She designs programs that consist of mobility, balance, strength and endurance training.
