Latino Art Museum

History

The Latino Art Museum is a non profit organization the museum was founded in 2001. The purpose of the museum is twofold. Primary purpose is to introduce, promote and encourage Latin American artists living, working and creating art in the United States, and operates as a socially integrated cultural center offering a broad range of art, educational, and cultural programming. The museum is the result of the vision and ongoing passionate efforts of me, executive director and founder. The Latino Art Museum needs to expand and with your support the museum short term impact of receiving support will be able to immediately expand its range of children and adults classes, especially during the after school and evening hours. The museum anticipates attracting participants to exhibits, classes, educational programming from a more diverse ethnic and geographic mix of communities.

The Latino Art Museum is a non-profit organization created to promote the works of talented Latin American contemporary artists living in the United States, including literature, and performing art for the benefits of the general public, providing hands-on art classes to children as well as adults and to achieve national and international recognition making leading contribution to the intellectual, cultural, economic, and social life of the State of California and the United States Nation.
