History

I started Lasting Impressions Studios Photography out of my love and passion for photography. Photography is in my genes; as a young child my mother would take me to art museums and photo galleries, which I absolutely loved! My father took up photography as a hobby when he was a teenager, and it continued into his adult years. As a young man, I loved looking at the pictures he printed, and I would sit and stare at these to relive the family moments he had photographed. When I realized the happiness a simple picture could bring, I knew that every picture was not only evidence of that moment in time, but a hidden story of the lives of those on the other side of the camera. I see the world as a series of photographs, and everywhere I look I see opportunities to capture life. Some of my most prized possessions are my photos of where I live, places I've traveled, and those I cherish.
