Las Palmas School

Las Palmas Middle School is operated by the Covina-Valley Unified School District. It offers a variety of academic programs in language arts, mathematics, sciences, social science and economics. It also offers classes in technology and family and consumer science programs. The school s library provides resources, such as books, journals and magazines and Internet access. Its athletics department offers various sports activities, such as tennis, football, soccer, basketball and baseball. Las Palmas Middle School also offers programs in health and physical education. Its counseling department provides information about courses and after-school homework help. Additionally, it provides many electives, including Spanish, computer, art, band, shop, yearbook and TV journalism. Its associated student body members are in charge of things, such as renaissance, dances, fundraising, lunch-times activities, staff relations and community service.
