so i call the hawthorne an inglewood office, both put me on hold for over an hour, an when they finally answer the phone, they hung me up,,, i was so mad, just because for waiting so long for them...

I came to get an insurance quote in person. Apparently the women Maria who is hired to give you a quote said I can just call directly to the insurance company . I'm not sure what her job is then....
