Stayed here for one year. In that entire year, there was ongoing AC issues. They would come "fix" it, it would work for 2 weeks then stop working again. So it racked the AC bill up extremely high....

Run away. Both for employment and renting. The corporate GSF is so rude. Can't even keep staff there. Doesn't do inspections or follow through on complaints. Lazy staff and heartless company.

I really like the location, but they do not have anything available for me. Office staff was really nice when I looked at a 2 bedroom apartment.

There are not enough parking spaces for all of the residents. Your car will be towed and you will have to pay 350$. Rent is way too high for these apartments. There are a ton of bugs. And the AC...
