The Hollywood Knolls Community Club (HKCC) is the oldest hillside residents association in Los Angeles, serving the community since 1939. Originally established as a garden club and social organization, the HKCC has grown to represent approximately 750 households, including Lakeridge Estates and the Hollywood Manor.
With a mission that has evolved over the years, the HKCC now addresses a wide range of concerns such as traffic, noise, graffiti, and development, aiming to safeguard the security, value, and comfort of homes in the neighborhood. Through active involvement in discussions and negotiations with developers, corporate neighbors, and government representatives, the Club strives to ensure that the lands in and around their communities are developed and utilized in ways that minimize negative impacts.
