Just joined an am very impressed with the variety of classes and quality and variety of the exercise equipment. Yes, not as crowded as LA fitness and 24-hour fitness (at least when I have gone).

Great facilities, instructors, cleanliness and classes for a great price. It's free for seniors on Medicare and the environment couldn't be nicer.
