Bad, bad customer service! Do not speak to Andrea (order processing rep), very rude, she sounds annoyed and very condescending. I will not be ordering from Laguna anymore. Go to Aardvark clay...

Their clay is good but the customer service is Terrible rude employees on the phone staff at the front desk are not very helpful at ALL I'd suggest to management they address this issue...

Laguna Clay is one of my highlights of places I like to go. The service is great. The selection is excellent. The value is excellent and I love everything about it.
