They don't call it LAGS for nothing Twice, I showed up for my appointment for biopsy procedure and twice the biopsy materials has not been ready! Is there any other pain management company...

Front and back office staff was really nice and helpful. Especially Adriana. Wait time wasn't too long and the office and rooms were really clean. Iwill definitely go back.

I did file a complaint with my Federal Employee Insurance since they are a preferred provider. I will update after Blue cross Blue Shield let's me know. It's been a year but had 2 major surgeries...

extremely poor communication with receptionist doctors are polite and care about the job. They are overworked but still most everyone treated me with courtesy.
