I don't know if this park was ever good but if it was it has fallen hard. There are often homeless encampments and sketchy people that essentially live here. I've been cornered and followed here...

Lafayette park behind the building is nice. If u wan to spend a quiet time in the morning, this is a good place. Huge pine trees provide shades.
