Massive bruising a week later. Phlebotomist couldn't get blood out of my arms, slapping my arm incessantly before asking another phlebotomist to come in. She was able to draw blood and fill up...

Tiny office was a bit of a shock after the roomy Lynch Creek lab, but it's easy to make appointments, staff is pleasant, and good with my rubbery veins, usually don't have to wait long.
